Deluxe Front Wheel Centers are forged aluminum and are smoke anodized with or without front brake assembly mounts, includes tapered roller bearings and seal on inner bearing. Must use dust cap #25-545. Standard spindles require spacer #25-548. Hyper Racing is the only micro sprint manufacturer to offer forged technology in our components. Forging is stronger because the metal molecules are aligned parallel to the surface of the part instead of perpendicular to it. This increases the strength of the part by 30% over part made from billet aluminum. The reason this technology is not used much on micro parts is because of the initial costs involved. We had to by a minimum of 2000 pieces of each part forging and invest $5000 in dies. We knew the investment was worth it to get a better quality part.
